Dance following promotion in PGMS gym 8-10pm. Parents invited for first 30 minutes.

Welcome to the 2016-2017 school year!
The PTSA plays an important role in supporting quality education, organizing family fun events and providing a nurturing environment for everyone of our children at PGMS. We have a wonderful group of parent volunteers that will be dedicating their time and expertise to help bring academic, administrative, and school community support to the students and families at Pacific Grove Middle School this year.
I would like to encourage you to join the PTSA today. By joining membership, you will:
-Show your child that school matters, and that you are invested in their success,
-Demonstrate to your child that success in school is the pathway to college, a career and a productive life,
-Partner with the principal, teachers and staff to make our campus safe, welcoming, a hub of learning and a fun place to be,
-Share in events and experiences that make your child's school days more memorable,
-Connect with other parents,
-Make sure parents and family members have a seat at the table when important decisions that affect your school are made.
The membership form can be found here. A Family Membership is only $20 and your contribution is tax deductible. While we appreciate any time you are able to commit, it is not necessary to volunteer to become a PTSA member. Simply complete the membership form, make checks payable to PGMS PTSA, and drop off in the school office.
Please mark your calendars for our Welcome Back to School Ice Cream social on Wednesday, Sept. 7th. Bring the family to eat ice cream, make new friends and re-connect with old friends as the school year starts. The cost is $5/person or $20/family. We will have some fun events and a silent auction too!
We would love to see you at our PTSA Membership Meetings, being held on August 17th, September 21st, November 16th, February 15th and April 19th. All meetings begin at 7pm and are held in the PGMS library. All are welcome!
