Rolling with the TIDE to Make Great Things Happen!
From your PGMS Principal
PGMS Summer Update
Dear PGMS Families,
I hope you all had a wonderful summer and are rested and ready for school! I wanted to take a moment and let you know what the next couple weeks have in store. By now you should have received an email outlining the registration process in our new program, Synergy. If you have not completed the process, or are having difficulty, please email our director of EdTech Matthew Binder at firstname.lastname@example.org. Student schedules will be available for pickup upon completion of the online registration process.
Registration Roundup is a time when students can drop by, pick up their schedule, purchase PE clothing, join our amazing PTSA and practice their dreaded locker! Schedule is below.
6th grade students and students new to the district will be held on Monday, July 26th from 9am-1pm. We’ll have a brief orientation for these students in our auditorium beginning at 10am, where we’ll provide an overview and give folks an opportunity to ask questions. Feel free to drop by anytime between those hours!
Registration roundup for 7th/8th grade students will be held on Tuesday, July 27th from 9am-1pm. Feel free to drop by anytime between those hours!
Masks will be required while inside the building.
The 2021/22 school year will begin on Thursday, August 5th. You may already know this, but each Thursday is staff collaboration day, and school will conclude at 2pm. I’ve linked up the bell schedule, student handbook and supplies list below.

Welcome to the 2020-2021 school year
Dear PGMS Parents, Teachers and Staff,
Welcome to the 2020-2021 school year! My name is Apple Atofau and I am proud to be your PTSA President this year. My son (Tyler) is in 7th grade at PGMS and my daughter (Mialani) is in 1st grade at Robert Down. Since my son was in Kindergarten, I’ve been involved in PTA whether it is by volunteering or donating, but I felt compelled to serve on the PGMS PTSA board in its moment of need.
Our PGMS PTSA is here to support quality education, organize family fun events and provide a nurturing environment for every one of our children at PGMS, even in these trying times. Not only are our volunteers here to support the school and the children in every way, but our school administrators work collaboratively with the PTSA to make great things happen! The PGMS Principal, Sean Roach, attends our meetings and is eager to share relevant information during the meeting directly with you!
